BAY AREA TRAVELERS
STANDING RULES
UPDATED JANUARY 2007
Club name shall be Bay Area Travelers, part of Southeast Area of FMCA.
Business meetings will be held on Saturday morning during each rally or at the discretion of the president.
Club meetings/rallies will be held on the second week-end in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November. A weekend will be counted if there is a Saturday and Sunday on the 1st weekend. Dates may be changed to coincide with other area or FMCA rallies.
Elections will be held in the month of November with new officers taking place in January of the following year. Terms of office shall be one year with the option to be re-elected.
Annual dues will be $20.00 per coach. Dues will be prorated as follows: If a member joins in November or December dues will run through the following year. Otherwise all dues are to be due in January of each year.
Rally fees are $5.00/pp excluding FMCA guests on their first visit. Fees are to be sent to the treasurer prior to the rally unless otherwise indicated.
Guests may attend 3 times during a ca lender year before joining the BATS.
Name badges are to be worn at all rally functions. Penalty will be at the discretion of the sheriff. All monies will be put into the club fund.
Smoking is prohibited in any building, at any meeting or while eating.
Pets must be kept on leash and campground rules followed.
Refund policy of rally fees: A refund will be allowed if notice is given at least 10 days prior to such rally or credit may be given for next rally.
We will have no planned Sunday service but this may change from rally to rally.
